Fox Hutt

I long for a time when I can spend whole days sitting at my loom creating rugs, handbags and wall hangings, etc. I hope that time isn't too far off. I still hope to "raise my own thread" and I have been thinking angora rabbits might be the best route. My new studio has an uncanny similarity to my first studio with its high slanted ceiling and skylight. My studio window overlooks our pond and my garden (my other passion) and I'm looking for some "lacetrees" (white poplars), the namesake of my weaving company, to plant on our land.

Several people have requested rugs and handbags recently and my loom is ready to go. As soon as we finish moving in, I hope to start the next phase of my weaving career.
