Barns have always been a favorite subject of mine. In my art the subject matters, but not the most. I want to convey a certain slant of light, to acheive the feeling of a certain time of day and to create a mood with light. I also like to enrich the surface with texture, which I build up with layers of color wether I'm working in prismacolor pencils or watercolor.
